Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been working with the Respondents since 2005 continuously, the Respondents are directed to permit him to appear in the selection process pursuant to the Notification at Annex.A-I in terms of para 55 of the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka & Ors. vs Uma Devi (3) & Ors. [ (2006) 4 SCC 1 ], if the applicant satisfies the criteria intended for relaxing the age limit.
