Mr G. Sudheer representing learned counsel for the applicant submits that the representation submitted by the applicant regarding his promotion is pending with the Respondents.  The Respondents are therefore directed to dispose of the representation and pass appropriate orders according to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
