Heard Shri.Shafik MA, learned counsel for the applicant. Ms.Tanuja representing Shri.N.Anilkumar,Sr.PCGC (R) takes notice on behalf of the respondents. The matter in issue is very simple. The applicant challenges the double jeopardy which may be imposed on her because of Rule 14 inquiry in progress while criminal trial on the same ground is also in progress. Admit. Respondents shall file their reply statement within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. List this case before RC for completion of pleadings on 8.2.2018. In the interregnum the consequences of Rule 14 inquiry pursuant to Annexure A-1 charge sheet will remain stayed until further orders. Issue a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the parties.
