In the light of Annexure A4 decision and as the Apex Court vide Annexure A6 has dismissed the SLP against Annexure A5 judgment of the Hon'ble High Court, we direct the respondents to state how the case of the applicants herein stands in a different footing. If not, it is sufficient that a counsel statement to that effect is filed.
