M.A. No. 060/00761/2021 has been filed for deletion of name of respondent no. 1 i.e. Union of India from the array of respondents.

Heard.

Learned counsel states that Respondent no. 1 is not a necessary party, therefore, his name be deleted from the array of respondents.

Learned counsel for the applicants has no objection to this M.A.

For the reasons stated and since there is no objection from the learned counsel for the applicants, the M.A. is allowed and the name of the Union of India i.e. respondent no. 1 is deleted from the array of respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicants seeks and is granted four weeks time for filing the rejoinder to the written statement already filed by the respondents no. 2 to 4, along with the amended cause title.
