MA/180/97/2020 for condonation of delay: 

The applicants have filed the aforesaid MA for condonation of delay in filing the OA. There is a delay of 54 days in filing the OA. The reason stated for the delay is that  because of the change of the counsel they could not file the OA in time.  Though opposed by the other side, in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned and the MA is allowed. 

Respondents to file a detailed reply to the OA by the next posting date, with an  advance copy to the other side.

MA for joining together is also allowed.
