It was submitted by Mr.Shafik that O.P.(CAT) filed against the common order passed by this Tribunal on 31.6.2016 in OA 667 & OA 668 of 2015 was dismissed on 20.2.2017. In the circumstances, we direct the respondents to implement the order by the next posting date, failing which we will be constrained to proceed with the CP(C) No.120/2017. List the matter for reporting compliance along with CP/120/17 and CP/106/2017, on 2.12.2017.
