DAILY ORDER

  1. Learned counsel for the applicants in M.A. has produced a communication dated 05.07.2017, where G.M.(Vig.) has advised to take all necessary action as per existing rules and regulations to release retiral benefits in favour of the applicant.  Learned counsel prayed that respondents may be granted one month's time to release the admissible benefits as per rules as they have not yet received personal record of the applicant from CBI Court.
