DAILY ORDER | |||||||||||
MA No. 181-714-2017 (For direction) - We have heard Shri Mathews Raju for the miscellaneous applicant and Shri R. Sreeraj representing Mr. S. Manu, Standing counsel for miscellaneous respondents Nos. 1 & 2. In the above MA the applicant is praying for staying Annexure MA-1 employment notice dated 30.6.2017 till the disposal of the OA. We observe that the present MA has been filed after the final hearing of the OA No. 181/81/2015. The OA is now reserved for orders. Learned counsel representing Mr. S. Manu submitted that Annexure MA-1 notice was issued in terms of the amended Recruitment Rules for the post of Tourism Officer and that in Annexure MA-1 notice vacancies for the post of Tourism Officers have now been increased from the earlier notification mentioned in the Original Application i.e. from 1 to 3. We feel that in the above scenario the MA can be disposed of by permitting the applicant to apply for the vacancies notified in Annexure MA-1 employment notice also without prejudice to his contentions and the pleadings in the OA. The MA is disposed of accordingly and OA is reserved for orders.
