Heard. Learned counsel contends that on the basis of a statement made on behalf of the respondents to comply with the order of this Court in O.A. No. 595/2016, the earlier Execution Application was disposed of on 29.05.2019, but the applicant has not been granted the actual benefits, therefore this application for execution of order has been filed. Issue notice to the respondents through their counsel who represented them in O.A. List on 14.09.2020.
