Counsel for the respondents states that  he has not been able to file compliance report as yet as the same has already been referred to concerned authority and the decision has not been conveyed to him. 

2. We notice that the respondents have already been given ample opportunity to file compliance report.  However, the matter is getting delayed substantially, they are directed to file the same within three weeks, failing which personal appearance of the concerned officer will be considered.
