Counsel for the applicant submits that the DoP&T has issued recent guidelines and he has filed an M.A 180/562/2020 for giving a direction to the respondents to prepare a seniority list in light of law laid down Annexure A-3 provisionally and effect further promotions from the same, subject to the final outcome of the O.A.

Counsel for the respondents opposes the same. Hence post the matter to 29.9.2021 for filing objections on M.A and for hearing the M.A for direction 180/562/2020 on 29.9.2021.
