None for the applicant in the O.A. 

Mr. D. Madhava Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents who moved this M.A. submits that the extension petition is filed seeking further time for compliance of the orders passed by this Tribunal on 17.11.2016. The order was to be complied within a period of four weeks and that the certified copy of the order was  ready by 25.11.2016. The certified copy was received in the respondents office on 27.12.2016.  Since four weeks time expired by 23.1.2017, the respondents filed the present M.A.  on 31.1.2017  seeking extension of time for six months from 24.1.2017.  

As this is a case of recovery of money from a pensioner it is sensitive in nature.  Therefore, the M.A. is allowed by granting three months time  from the date of expiry i.e., 24.1.2017.
