Sravana Sandhya submits that the delay of 5 years and 6 months may be condone, having regard to the fact that the applicant was not in a position to contact her advocate on account of her deteriorating health condition. Respondents have not filed reply in MA, in spite of lapse of one and half year. It is thus evident that the Respondents do not oppose the MA. In the above circumstances, MA.514/2015 for condonation of delay is allowed. Office is directed to register the OA.
