Through Video Conferencing: Heard Sri M. Venkanna, learned counsel for the applicant. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 2. The MA is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1 year 5 months & 6 days. The applicant was dismissed from service on 17.7.2017. He could not file the O.A. in time. Therefore, he has sought for condonation of delay on grounds of lack of legal knowledge and rules. Besides, Covid has come in the way of filing the O.A. in time. The appeal made by the applicant has also been rejected and the challenge is to the rejection of appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant, while agreeing that number of OAs have been filed and bias petitions have also been filed by the applicant, has submitted that the applicant is now out of job and his financial status is bad. Besides, there are good legal reasons for him to obtain the relief sought in the O.A. 3. In view of the above, the MA filed for condonation of delay is allowed. Register the O.A. 4. ADMIT. Respondents are granted four weeks time to file reply. List the matter on 27.04.2021 before Registrar’s Court for completion of pleadings.
