DAILY ORDER

Sh. K.K. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the order dated 09.10.2019 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 060/551/2017 has become the subject of challenge before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 13840/2021 which came up for hearing on 05.08.2021.

Learned counsel further stated that while issuing notices in the said Writ Petition, the Hon'ble High Court has issued notice regarding stay as well and the matter has now been posted for hearing on 04.10.2021.

In view of the above and the request made by Sh. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents, the matter is adjourned to 03.12.2021.
