DAILY ORDER | |||||||||||
Heard via Video-Conferencing. M.A. No. 060/00485/2020 has been filed by the applicant praying for early hearing of the O.A. Applicant argues that on the last date of hearing it was ordered that final arguments would be heard as and when the DB is available. He prayed that since the DB is available now, therefore, the date of hearing be pre-poned and case be heard on an early date. Notice of MA to other side is accepted by Mr. Kiran Pal, AAG (Hr.). No one is present for the Union of India, who is contesting respondent. We have gone through the previous order dated 03.03.2020 which is as under:- "A No. 060/00344/2020 is allowed and written statement filed by Respondent No. 1 is taken on record. Applicant seeks and is granted permission to file rejoinder to written statement of Respondent No. 2 during the course of the day, in the Registry. Pleadings are, thus, complete. List for final hearing before the next available DB." As per office note the pleadings are not complete, as the applicant has not filed rejoinder to written statement of Respondent No. 2. Today, applicant has made a statement that since no relief is claimed against Respondent No. 2, therefore, he does not wish to file rejoinder to the written statement of this respondent. Pleadings are now complete. MA is allowed and the date of hearing is pre-poned to 06.07.2020. If any modified notification is issued regarding work, then the final arguments would be heard. |
