      On behalf of the respondents, Shri Joy Mathew appears and submits that he is going to file his Appearance Memo today itself.  

        Counsel for the applicant, Shri A.L.Sharma submits that aggrieved by the final select list for recruitment to the post of UDC in Gujarat Region published on 14.02.2020, he has filed the present OA mainly on the ground that the respondents have not followed the policy of reservation in its true spirit and deprived the right of the applicant to be considered for the said post. It is further submitted that during the pendency of this OA, the respondents have started operating said final select list and waiting list and the candidates, who placed in the waiting list are also now offered an appointment. Therefore, the applicant is compelled to file an MA for certain direction required to be issued to the respondents and prays to restrain the respondents authority from proceeding further, otherwise, this OA will become infructuous. 

      Heard the counsel for both the parties on MA No.476/2020. MA No.476/2020 stands disposed of with a direction that appointment to the post of UDC in Gujarat Region offered to the candidates, who are placed in the waiting list, shall be subject to final outcome of the OA.
