When this MA praying for condonation came up before this Tribunal on 11.09.2020, Ms U Das, learned railway standing counsel prayed for four weeks time to file objection and prayer was allowed and accordingly matter is listed today. 

Today Ms Das submitted that due to covid situation objection could not be filed and accordingly prayed for further time to file objection to the MA.

Issue notice to the railway respondents. Objection if any be filed positively within three weeks.
