     Applicants have filed MA No.461/2020 for brining legal heirs on record. Counsel for the respondents, Shri Joy Mathew submits that he has no objection, if said MA No.461/2020 is allowed. Accordingly, MA No.461/2020 is allowed.

     Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, Registry is directed to do needful in amending cause title as per the aforesaid order.

     Considering the request of learned counsel for the applicant, list this matter for final hearing on 18.01.2021.  Registry is also directed to send copy of this order to Shri H.D.Shukla, standing counsel for Union of India.  It is made clear that on 18.01.2021, matter will be taken up for final hearing.
