Through Video Conferencing:

This is an application for vacation of interim order passed by this Tribunal against the recovery to be effected by the respondents. 

2.   Learned counsel Smt L. Pranathi Reddy, has tried to impress this Tribunal that the applicant has given an undertaking and in view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement in High Court of Punjab & Haryana & Others vs Jagdev Singh, they have every right to recover. She prayed that since the Applicant is going to retire very soon, Interim Order be vacated.  Learned counsel for original applicant Sri B. Pavan Kumar opposed this Application.

3.    After hearing counsel for the parties at length, we are of the view that this matter may be decided finally so that all the issues can be decided at once.

4.     List the O.A. along with MA on 10.03.2021 for hearing.
