Learned counsel for the applicants present. Mrs. K. Rajitha, learned Sr. CGSC takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. MA No.454/2017 for joining together is allowed.
3. The applicants sought suspension of the impugned orders dated 21.2.2017 & 18.4.2017. However, when the case was taken up, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants would be satisfied if Annexure XVII interim order as in OA No.418/2017 is issued in this case.
4. Having regard to the identical facts in the two OAs, there is a prima facie case for granting interim relief as in OA No.418/2017. Consequently, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to hold any re-screening for the applicants until the disposal of the OA.
5. The matter is 'Admitted'. Six weeks time granted for filing reply. List the matter before Registrar's Court for completion of pleadings on 4.9.2017.
