Yesterday it was at the instance of Ms. Manisha representing the ld. Standing Counsel, who stated that she will get instructions in a day, the matter was adjourned till today.  Today, Ms. Shyama Sundari, ld. Standing Counsel present and submits that she could not get instructions and sought for short accommodation.

List on 03.02.2017 on which date the learned Standing Counsel should come up with instructions.  Inter alia, she should inform this Court as to whether training is going to commence from 04.02.2017 as contended by the learned counsel for the applicant.
