The applicant filed the present  M.A. 45/2017 with  a prayer  to issue  a direction to the respondents that pending finalisation of the O.A.  for the initial training course for promotion to the post of Assistant Loco Pilot in the ensuing batch for undergoing Technical as well as G&SR training.

Despite the directions of this Tribunal on 31.01.2017, the respondents have not filed any instructions on the limited issue of grant of interim prayer of the applicant. 

Heard the detailed arguments of both the counsel. 

Ld. counsel for the respondents seeks four weeks time to file a detailed reply in the M.A.

After hearing the arguments of both the counsel, it is felt that it will be in order if the respondents file their reply in the M.A.

Post the matter on 3.3.2017.
