Misc. Application No.432/2021

Misc. Application No.432/2021 has been filed by the applicant making therein a prayer for condonation of delay of 3174 days in filing the original application.

At the very outset, Sh. Rajesh Punj, learned counsel for the respondents stated that since the respondents have taken a decision to revisit the order dated 24.07.2020 (Annexure A-1), therefore, no serious objection can be raised in this misc. application.

In view of the fact that respondents themselves have decided to revisit the order dated 24.07.2020 (Annexure A-1), therefore, the delay of 3174 days in filing the original application deserves to be condoned.

Accordingly, the Misc. Application No.432/2021 is allowed and the delay of 3174 days in filing the original application is hereby condoned.
