Heard the learned counsel for the parties on the application for condonation of delay.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that being a recurring cause of action the delay in filing the accompanying O.A. be condoned as the applicant is getting lesser pay every month than the private respondent no. 5 Ram Naresh.

The learned counsel representing the respondents is not in a position to rebut the arguments made by the learned counsel for applicant.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for applicant and going through the averments made in the M.A., the same is allowed. The delay in filing the O.A. is condoned.
