2.  MA/20/407/2020

This MA is filed seeking to condone the delay of 208 days in re-presentation of the O.A.  The delay is condoned for the reasons stated therein.  Accordingly, MA is allowed.

3.  MA.408/2020:

This MA is filed seeking to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the O.A.  The issue pertains to family pension and hence, the delay is condoned.  Accordingly, MA is allowed. 

4.  MASR.No.210/2020 filed for joining together is allowed for the reasons stated therein, subject to payment of individual court fee of Rs.50/- by each of the applicants. Register the O.A. on fulfilment of the said condition. 

5.  Admit. Sri N. Srinatha Rao, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the official respondents.  Issue Notice to the private respondents. 

6.  Respondents are granted four weeks time for filing reply. List the case on 24.11.2020 before Registrar’s Court for completion of pleadings.
