Heard Mr. V. Vinod Kumar, leanred counsel appearing for the Miscellaneous Applicants.  Mrs. Rachna represents the learned counsel for the original applicants.

2.  MA No.388/2017 is filed seeking a direction for deletion of the Chairman, Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi from the array of the Respondents in the O.A.

3.  The subject matter of the O.A pertains to MACP.  The MACP is a well settled scheme and the instructions relating to the said scheme are well defined.  As such, the Zonal Manager is competent to decide the issues relating to the said scheme.  Accordingly, MA No.388/2017 is allowed and the applicants are directed to delete the Chairman, Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi from the array of the Respondents in the O.A. and carry out necessary corrections in the cause title of the O.A. by the next date.
