2.    This Extension of Time petition is filed seeking implementation of the order passed in the OA. Learned counsel for the applicants in the MA/ respondents in the OA vehemently tried to convince this Tribunal that they need some more time for taking appropriate action in the matter.  Learned counsel for the original applicant opposed for grant of time stating that seven months time has already lapsed.

3.   After hearing counsel for the parties, as a last and final opportunity, two months time is granted. The respondents shall either implement the order of the Tribunal or get ready to face the penal action.  MA is disposed of.
