Mr. Pavan Kumar represents counsel for the applicant.  Learned Standing Counsel present.  

MA.324/2017 has been filed seeking extension of time  of four months w.e.f 20.02.2017 to implement the  orders of this Tribunal in OA.462/2014 dated 19.12.2016.  MA  for extension of time has not been filed within the time granted by the Tribunal for compliance. Thus  the respondents have failed to approach this Tribunal for extension within the time allowed by the Tribunal.

MA.323/2017 has been filed praying for condonation of delay in filing the MA.324/2017 for extension of time.  As no satisfactory reasons are put forth   for the delay that has occurred,  I see no justification for allowing MA for condonation of delay.

Hence both the MA.324/17 and MA.323/17 stand dismissed.
