      Counsel for the applicant in MA (Original Respondents), Ms. R.R.Patel submits that the original respondents be granted some more time to decide the pending representation of the applicant. Further, it is submitted that due to shortage of staff during pandemic situation, they could not decide the representation of the applicant, as directed by this Tribunal in OA No.9/2021 vide order dated 20.01.2021 within time limit prescribed.  She further submits that while approaching this Tribunal for extension of time, it caused delay of 120 days and for it, MA No.294/2021 for condonation of delay is also filed. 

      On behalf of the applicant, proxy counsel Shri Dhaval Kansara for Ms. Jasmi Sugnan is present.

    Considering the grounds and explanation stated in the MA No.294/2021 for condonation of delay, the same is allowed. 

     MA No.293/2021 for extension of time for compliance of the order of this Tribunal, more particularly, for consideration of the representation of the pending representation of the applicant is concerned, we allow the said MA by granted further 60 days time from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the original respondents in this regard. 

       Both MA Nos.294 & 293 of 2021 stands allowed accordingly.

      Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the counsel for both the parties through email.
