Both sides present. Respondent nos.9 to 12 have filed their reply statement. 

Counsel for the applicant Adv.Mr.T.C.G Swamy submits that the pleadings are almost complete and it can be heard on merit. He further submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has not given any further order and the SL(P) was dismissed and hence there is no purpose in producing the judgment as stated by counsel for the respondent nos.9 to 12. 

In the above circumstance, post the matter for final hearing on 10.8.2021.
