DAILY ORDER

  1. Present M.A. has been filed for preponing the date of hearing of the O.A., which is posted for hearing on 16.3.2020 to an earlier date.
  2. Sh. Barjesh Mittal, appearing on behalf of the applicants argued that against order of this Court dated 23.01.2020 declining interim prayer, they had approached the Hon'ble High Court by filing Civil Writ Petition No.2638 of 2020 in which notice has been issued and matter has been posted for 24.03.2020 by order dated 12.02.2020, it has been observed that Tribunal will take steps to finally decide the O.A.  Thus, it is prayed that date of hearing be preponed from 16.3.2020 to some earlier date.
  3. Notice to the other side.
  4. None puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents despite aforesaid order of the Hon'ble High Court. 
  5. Sh. Sanjay Goyal, SCGSC, who in receipt of advance copy did not put in appearance.  However, on asking of the Court, he accepted notice but showed ignorance about order of the High Court.  He seeks time to file reply to M.A. as well as O.A. Respondents are directed to file reply by the next date of hearing so that efforts can be made to decide the matter expeditiously.
  6. List this M.A. on 26.02.2020.
  7. Copy of this order be forwarded to Sh. Sanjay Goyal, for compliance.
