DAILY ORDER | |||||||||||
We find that the attitude of the applicant as well as his counsel is totally irresponsible. The O.A. was dismissed for default on 07.01.2020. This application is filed with a prayer to set aside the order of dismissal for default. There is a delay of 270 days in filing the application. Hence, the MA is filed. 2. Notice was issued in the MA. The Tribunal as well as the respondents’ counsel are ready, not only for hearing the MA but also taking up the OA itself. However, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is busy in the Hon'ble High Court and not able to argue the case.
