The Miscellaneous Application (MA) has been filed by the applicant for restoration of OA no.060/00857/2015. In his affidavit the counsel for the applicant states that he had gone out of the court room for a short while and in the meantime, the case was called up for hearing and in his absence the case was dismissed in default.

Given this explanation, and in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for restoration of the OA, the OA is restored to its original number. 

As pleadings are complete in this case, list this matter for final hearing on 29.05.2017.
