When this matter was taken up today, Sri Kumaran, advocate representing Sri Hariraj produced a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP with Dy.No.40135/17. In that order, we note that the Apex Court had observed that there is no merit in the SLP and hence the SLP is dismissed. Sri George Kuruvila, learned counsel for BSNL submitted that the question of law is kept open by the Apex Court.

Since there is no interference with the order passsed by this Tribunal by the Apex Court, we direct the respondents to inmplement the order of this Tribunal.
