    Considering the grounds and explanation stated in the MA No.220/2021 for amendment, the same is allowed. 

        The applicant is directed to carry out amendment within a week from today and serve a copy of the amended OA to the standing counsel for the respondents, Shri M.J.Patel. On receipt of the said amended OA, standing counsel for the respondents is at liberty to file additional reply, if so desire, and the applicant is at liberty to file rejoinder,  if he so desire.

       Since this matter pertains to 2014, list this matter on 22.9.2021.
