Heard Sri M. Venkanna, learned counsel for the applicants.

2. MA/21/209/2021 filed for joining together is allowed for the reasons stated therein, subject to payment of individual court fee of Rs. 50/- by each of the applicants. Register the OA on fulfilment of the said condition.

3. The grievance of the applicants is that they have not been given an opportunity for getting choice posting under the GDS Rules. The department has directly gone for recruitment  as a result of which the posts are likely to be filled up and their chances to get transfer will be jeopardised.

4. Issue Notice to the respondents on this Application.  Respondents are granted three weeks time for filing reply/ instructions.

5. Learned counsel for the applicants presses for interim relief. We are of the view that any selection made will be subject to the final outcome of this OA.

6. Learned counsel for the applicants has drawn our attention that similar matter bearing OASR No.358/2021 is pending before this Bench. List the matter along with OASR.358/2021 on 25.03.2021.
