2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is a huge recovery posed to the applicant on contributory negligence. This Tribunal has taken a view on similar Original Applications. If followed, the same may suit to the present case also.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits she has nothing to say in this regard.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are of this view that this case needs urgent hearing.  Accordingly, MA/195/2021 is disposed of.
