2.  Mrs. Vijaya Sagi, learned Standing Counsel prays that MA No.195/2017 for deletion of the 1st Respondent may be allowed as he is not a necessary party and that matters relating to family pension are decided at the level of the zonal Railway only.  In these circumstances, MA No.195/2017 is allowed.  The 1st Respondent shall be deleted from the array of the respondents.

3.  There is no representation on behalf of Respondent No.5.  Further three weeks time is granted to the 5th Respondent for filing her reply.
