  1. M.A. No.60/1892/2017 has been filed seeking revival of C.P. No.60/60/2015, which was disposed of on 30.07.2015 to await decision in pending Writ Petition No.16300 of 2015. Sh. Rohit Sharma submits that the said Writ Petition has now been dismissed vide order dated 19.07.2017.
  2. In view of the above, the M.A. is allowed.  C.P. is restored.
  3. Issue notice to the counsel opposite side for 24.01.2018.
