Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The SLP preferred by the respondents has been dismissed by the Hon’ble Apex Court.  Now, the respondents are left with no alternative except to implement the order passed by this Tribunal.  Learned counsel for the applicant E. Krishna Swamy has also insisted that this matter may be urgently heard. 

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the applicant will be considered in accordance with law.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at length, we direct the respondents to place the compliance report on record by the next date of hearing i.e. 30.04.2021. All connected matters be listed on that day.
