Heard Ms. Ayesha Saba, proxy counsel for the applicant. Mrs. B. Gayatri Varma, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. In the affidavit filed along with the MA for condonation of delay, it is explained by the applicant that the delay of 45 days in filing the OA was due to his ill health which appears to be plausible. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the MA is allowed.
