The learned counsel on both sides present.
2..The learned counsel for the respondents has filed M.A.No.167/2020 seeking extension of time of six months to implement the order in O.A.No.190/2019. The reason given by the respondents is that the Circle Relaxation Committee meets once in a financial year and hence, they would like to place the matter before the CRC, which is likely to be held between April and June of this year.
3..In view of the facts stated in the M.A., three months time is granted to the respondents to implement the orders in the O.A. from date. There shall be no further extension of time.
4..M.A. is allowed accordingly.
