MA No. 164/2021 This application is filed with a prayer to extend the time stipulated by this Tribunal for compliance of the orders of this Tribunal in O.A. No.512/2020. The O.A. was disposed of way back on 20.02.2020. Nearly, one year had elapsed and the respondents in the OA (applicants in the MA) did not even mention about the stage of proceedings. Except throwing blame on the applicant, they did not even indicate as to what steps have been taken at their level. We propose to hear the applicant in the OA in this behalf. We grant two weeks’ time to the applicant to file reply. Post on 10.02.2021.
