Learned counsel for the applicant presses for early hearing as the applicant has retired from the service.  Learned counsel for the applicant further submits though the applicant is getting provisional pension if he succeeds in this Original Application, he can lead hon’ble life.  On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for granting early hearing.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are of this view that this matter can be expedited. Accordingly, MA/21/160/2021 is allowed.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant has also drawn our attention to OA.337/2018 which is a similar matter. Both OAs be tagged together and be listed on 07.06.2021.
