      Present MA has been filed by the applicant with prayer for a direction to the Registry to list the OA by giving an appropriate number. Shri  R. K. Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant submits that when the OA was listed on  03.03.2020, the  objection of the Registry was sustained by the Hon’ble Tribunal in view of the fact that the applicants representation dated 23.09.2019 was pending,  the  OA was not numbered.

     In view of the  submissions made in the MA, the MA is disposed of.

    The Registry is directed to list the OA by assigning appropriate number to it for admission on 28.08.2020.
