Learned Standing Counsel for the Railway referring to Annexure A-2 judgment of the High Court in W.P(c) No. 25608/2008 dated 10.08.2015 submitted that the aforesaid OP(CAT) was dismissed for default. He further submitted that some of the party respondents who arrayed in Annexure A-1 order of this Tribunal have retired from service and the respondent Railway is in the process of collecting their present address so as to restore the OP (CAT) before the High Court. 

Though we are not happy with the delay so far taken by the respondents, since the matter relates to refixing the seniority of Commercial Inspectors Grade III for which the presence of the party respondents are also required. Therefore, in the interest of justice, we grant a month's time to the respondents.

List on 07.08.2017.

Issue a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the respondents.
