M.A. No. 1264/2021 has been filed by the original applicant making therein a prayer to restrain the respondents from eviction of the applicant from government accommodation.

An alternative prayer has also been made for preponing the date of hearing in the Original Application.

Sh. Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. CGSC, has no objection if the alternate prayer made in the Miscellaneous Application is allowed.

In view of the above, the miscellaneous application is disposed of and the hearing in Original Application is preponed to 23.07.2021.
