After hearing both sides, this Tribunal is of the view that the order of this Tribunal has not been complied with despite lapse of time granted by this Tribunal i.e, 90 days. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Government has already issued appropriate orders in the month of June itself. Still, the respondents are not implementing the order.

Copy of this order be sent to the 5th respondent for immediate action, failing which, this Tribunal will be constrained to proceed further in accordance with law.
